Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project & Production Manager 360° VR Creative - International (f/m/x) who drives the development, planning, and execution of creative productions, strengthens our project management structures, and ensures the delivery of global brand partnerships.

Your Role 

As a Project & Production Manager, you are the driving force behind creative media productions for global brand partnerships. You combine project management excellence with creative brand understanding and know how to turn client briefs into innovative ideas, engaging concepts, and productions that resonate in sports and music.

Your Tasks
  • Develop creative content ideas and tailor-made brand integrations that align our technology with partner goals.
  • Lead our international production network (focus on 360° VR & post-production) from briefing to delivery, including budget and resource responsibility.
  • Identify, approach, and integrate strategic partners in creative and production processes.
  • Oversee in-house productions for brand partners from planning to execution.
  • Build and continuously optimize project management structures and processes.
  • Organize workshops and breakout sessions that deliver real results.
  • Ensure a professional presence at B2B events, trade shows, and major presentations.

Your profile

Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Several years of international experience in media production, project management, or agency work with international clients.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills to translate creative concepts into measurable business impact.
  • Experience with digital platforms, agile project structures, and innovative media technologies.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Hands-on mentality, courage, and a passion for innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for sports, music, and media innovation.
  • Empathetic, assertive, and inspiring in dealing with partners.
Education & Qualifications
  • Degree or completed training in sports/media management, production/media business, or comparable qualification.
  • Confident in project management methods, including waterfall and agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects, including budget responsibility and stakeholder management.
Additional Requirements
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%, both nationally and internationally.
