Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Technical Assistant (f/m/x) in Pulheim who supports the technical and operational execution of our VR and live productions. You will work across all production phases – from preparation to post-production – and collaborate closely with camera, audio and streaming teams to ensure smooth technical workflows on site.

Technical support for live and VR productions
Setup, cabling, and operation of production equipment
Assistance with lighting, camera, and audio setups
Management, maintenance, and organization of technical equipment
Support with planning and documentation of production setups and workflows

Your profile

Technical understanding and first experience in production, events, or broadcast
Knowledge of camera, audio, or lighting technology
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Interest in innovative production methods (VR, streaming, interactivity)
Team spirit and hands-on mentality

Additional Requirements:

Engineering degree (e.g., Media Technology, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
