- Full ownership of the digital acquisition and sales funnel, from traffic generation to conversion
- Execution of a scalable digital sales and performance marketing strategy across European markets
- Driving revenue growth, conversation rates in close collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Managing and optimizing paid media channels (SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting) with clear ROI accountability
- Designing and optimizing high-performing digital funnels, landing pages, and nurturing journeys
- Identifying, segmenting, and targeting high-value customer audiences within sports and entertainment
- Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversation rates and revenue performance
